Process principle:
After the raw material gas enters the adsorption tower of the pressure swing adsorption (PSA) device, the adsorption capacity of the adsorbent in the adsorption bed for carbon dioxide (CO₂) varies with the pressure. When pressurized, the CO₂ in the raw material gas is adsorbed, and the components are not easily adsorbed. (Hydrogen) H₂ and (Nitrogen) N₂ are output as purified gas from the outlet end of the adsorption bed; during decompression and evacuation, the adsorbed CO₂ and other impurity components are desorbed from the adsorbent and the adsorbent is regenerated.
